Final Frontier 2026
Welcome back to the annual Final Frontier, now a part of the Midwest Bouldering Series! Get ready for another day of awesome music, good food, and some seriously incredible boulders. Early bird pricing is $45 until March 1, then $55. Register before March 1 to make sure you get a competition t-shirt in your size!

Recreational- Blue and Yellow Tags
Intermediate- Yellow and Red Tags
Advanced- Red and Green Tags
Elite- Green, Purple, and Black Tags
Youth Recreational- Climbers 12 and under NOT wanting to compete in a finals round
Youth Advanced- Climbers 12 and under hoping to compete in a finals round
PRIZES
Each competitor will receive one raffle ticket for each boulder they send. Raffle tickets will go towards a chance to win some of our amazing prizes! Keep an eye on our Instagram, @frontierclimbing, to see what those prizes are.
In addition to raffle tickets, Elite and Youth Advanced competitors are competing for a chance to climb in a finals round at the end of the competition day. There is a cash prize for Elite finals podium finishers. (cash prize TBD)
Event schedule
Please check in at least 30 minutes before your session begins. There will be a rules meeting 15 minutes before each session begins.
Session 1- 9:00 AM-10:30 AM, Youth Recreational and Youth Advanced categories
Session 2- 11:00 AM-1:00 PM, Advanced and Elite categories
Session 3- 2:00 PM-4:00 PM, Recreational, Intermediate, and Advanced
Raffle/Food Truck/Vendors- 4:30 PM
Finals- 6:00 PM
